Our services include recording and depositing all receipts, providing clear and accurate monthly reports for the board and owners, and assisting in the preparation of annual budgets. If needed, we can also collaborate with your auditor and ensure tax payments are handled smoothly. We maintain all financial records and prepare dues requests for sales involving closing/title companies, auditor (if applicable), and tax payments.
