Assist with Annual, Board, and Special Meetings. Assist with General Administration, Resolution & Fact-finding. Perform property inspections, provide and upkeep an owner's portal.
Upkeep owner roster, Collect payments, pursue collections, A/P, A/R, record, and deposit all receipts. Provide monthly reports for the Board and Owners. Assist with the annual budget, assist your auditor (if applicable), tax reporting, and tax payments. Maintain all financials, prepare dues requests for sales from Closing/Title Companies.
Assist the Board with enforcement of the Rules & Regulations. Assist in creating, maintaining, and enforcement of CC & R's.
